Basic Guidelines for Vendors

Due to space restrictions, this event will be limited to 150 vendors at this time.

The downloadable vendor application can be found on this web page, along with pricing and instructions for payment. The “Release & Indemnification Agreement Form” must also be signed and submitted with the application for acceptance as a vendor.

All applications should be mailed, along with payment, to the address provided. No applications will be accepted electronically or verbally but must be submitted in writing as instructed.

All applications include a non-refundable application fee of $25 to process the application. Should the application to be a vendor not be approved for any reason, your vendor fee will be refunded to the address provided within 60 days, minus the application fee.

We welcome vendors of all types, including all forms of arts and crafts, jewelry, pottery, clothing and other items. All vendors will be allowed to sell all the items that have been listed on their application, but please note that no food items will be allowed to be sold from non-food vendors.

***All Honey and Honey Products are EXEMPT from this requirement. Honey and honey products that are intended for future consumption are allowed to be sold by non-food vendors (i.e. honey in jars, packaged honey, honey sticks, etc.)

For example – a person selling jewelry will NOT be allowed to sell bottled water or can beverages. This policy is in effect to protect our FOOD VENDORS.

Non-Profit or Informational Booths will not be allowed to sell any products OR be allowed to give away ANY FOOD RELATED items. Again, as an example, someone promoting or selling a gutter system for your home will NOT be allowed to give away bottled water or food snacks. Other forms of giveaways such as fans, hats, stickers or novelty items are allowed, as long as they would not compete with food vendors in any way.

No dogs will be allowed on the premises during the festival except certified service animals. We are extremely serious about this issue, please do NOT bring pets to this event, and know that your booth will be protected from the issue of unwarranted dogs on leashes.

We will make every effort to include as many vendors as possible, but we do reserve the right to reject applications based on products being sold. Our desire is to provide a wide range of products, but obviously having too many of a certain product would not be advantageous to either the attendees or vendors. We encourage you to review the list of approved vendors if you have any questions or concerns about this issue.
